• GST Exemption:

We do not collect GST from our customers for the services provided.

• Payment Methods:

Payment can be made through Online Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, Demand Draft, or Cheque payable to M/s ANCEITA HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED

• Service Limitation:

Services are provided based on the amount paid towards the selected package. Refunds are not permitted; however, the amount can be transferred to customer referrals or towards other packages, services, or products.

• Consultation

Validity: Consultation validity extends for 15 days from the date of payment.

• Credit Note and Gift Vouchers:

All credit notes and gift vouchers must be utilized fully before the specified expiry date as indicated on the document.

• Product Exchange:

Exchange of products is only permissible in the case of defective items within ten (10) days of purchase, accompanied by a valid purchase receipt. Exchanges are only allowed at the same clinic location where the purchase was made. Products obtained under discount or promotional schemes are not eligible for exchange.

• Modification of Terms:

Anceita reserves the right to alter or modify any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.

• Receipt Retention:

Please retain the original receipt issued for any product or service for future reference.

• Communication Authorization:

By using the anceitaclinic.com website or filling out the enquiry form on our promotional landing pages, you authorize us to contact you via email, phone call, or SMS. We may contact you to schedule appointments, offer services related to your chosen treatment, or provide promotional offers available at our clinics. Even if you have registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) services, you still authorize us to send you SMS or call you for the aforementioned purposes.
